Birding and travelling in

the Near East

This is a short version of my Swedish website on birding and travelling in the Near East.

It is focused on my personal experiences as a birder and tour guide, most of the general information about the region is widely available in English elsewhere. My aim is to promote interest and knowledge of this fascinating region among birdwatchers in Sweden and Europe.

Websites like the Ornithological Society of the Middle East and trip report sites as Travelling Birder contain a wealth of information on this topic.

Do some volunteering at bird conservation sites in the Middle East - read more!
